Here are the forms for the upcoming Sat., May 29th 2010 - Yankee Doodle Dandy Park & Parade Festival.  Perhaps you would be interested in participating in the Parade or to be part of our Park Festival activities.  You are welcome to help us spread the word and share the forms.
 
Please fill out  & return to us - via email is OK - with check enroute in the mail [or dropped by Town Hall].
 
1.  May&SepVendorForm 2010 for space reservation in the Park with pricing.
 
2.  Park layout is also attached.  Let me know what space[s] you desire.  As of this date [4/30/2010] Booth # 7, 15,16, and 24 is reserved.
 
3.  Parade Form is also enclosed.  Everyone is encouraged to wear red-white-or-blue that day.
