CANDIDATE INFORMATIONCandidate information packets will be available at the Town Hall and can be picked up between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. When picking up a candidate packet, residents will be asked to provide their names, addresses, and the office they are interested in. This information is necessary for the Town to update election information during the campaign.
To be nominated for the election ballot, candidates must obtain signature of registered electors through the petition process. The petition form, which is included in the candidate packet, can be circulated beginning Tuesday, January 2, 2018 and must be turned in to the Town Clerk’s office no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2018. |
